Sorry I’ve been a little MIA these last few weeks. People have told me how stressful it is to plan a wedding, and I was always surprised how much time they would dedicate to doing just that. Like, how bad can it be? Well, now I know. Wedding planning takes a huge chunk of time! Say hello to Mrs. Crystal Statskey-Biichle (Yep, I’m stubborn and I’m hyphenating). We got married on May 21st and if you haven’t seen any photos, the day was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding. We are so blessed to have amazing friends and family that drove all the way to NY to celebrate with us. |
A week after the wedding we took off for Aruba. We spent 11 days in what most people refer to as “paradise”. Aruba was beautiful, and there were fun things to see and do on a tiny island, but would I go back to this so-called “paradise”? Probably not. It was hot, it was windy, it was sticky, and about 7 days in we were like, “welp, we saw everything so now what?” We are busy travelers meaning we like to explore and do something new everyday. We aren’t ones to lounge around. So being on a tiny island was a different change of pace for us. But, maybe that’s what we needed after these stressful few months. |
So here I am now, back to business. It’s full steam ahead and I have some amazing things planned for the remainder of this year. Events are picking back up in the Monetize Your Passion Society, so if you are a woman entrepreneur wanting to connect and network with others, you should really check out what’s happening. There’s already a girl gang of badass women supporting each other within this free group. So if you want in, now is the time. If we get enough people to join and come to the events, that’s only going to help us expand! Our next event is our Quarterly Goals + Planning Sesh happening on June 25th. This in-person gathering happens at a local coffee shop every quarter and allows us to discuss goals and learn how we can support each other to make those goals happen. Aside from Monetize Your Passion Society, my focus is constantly shifting from one client to another each and every day. It’s always so fun to get to work on something different throughout my day, making no two days the same. I also enjoy being creative and helping my clients succeed in everything they do. That’s why I love my business. And I’m happy to be back. |
